Saint Augustine Shores HOA Mailboxes Receiving Anonymous Illegal Activity Board Corruption Allegations Letters!
Thank you Mr. or Mrs. Anonymous! Based on the anonymous letters that StAugustineShores.org has gotten our hands on today, it looks like one of our justice-seeking Shores homeowners ain't taking no bullsh!t! Mr. or Mrs. Anonymous is determined to hold those specific few Board Members accountable!
In the letter, the anonymous sender specifically calls-out: The President Mary Jenson, Vice President Kathy Schroeder, Manager Shanna Fredrickson and Assistant Manager Christine Hart.
The Anonymous Letter Contains The Following Message to Shores Residents:
How did the board retain an over $700,000. loan from Ameris Bank without any approval from the St. Augustine Shores Homeowners?

So much illegal activity going on since the new President, Vice President, Manager and Assistant Manager took over. It will not stop until they are held accountable for spending all the homeowner's money at their own free will. The time will come when they will have no other choice but to access every Shores homeowner. At least we can say "we told you so."
Each homeowner is entitled to get a copy of all the bank statements going back years, copies of the bids done prior to any projects (not after the fact) and voted on at a public board meeting. Where are the minutes with the bids?
